Welcome to The Huibus (Huides+Torbus) wedding party

By the time we will all be celebrating together our wedding, we would have already had our civil ceremony and our first honeymoon, haha. We are not planning to have a religious ceremony, so our weekend together will be a bit unconventional, following a more relaxed schedule. Accommodation and all the events for the entire weekend are covered! We just want you to join us and bring joy, happiness and a trained liver (IYKYK)! Bring your running shoes if you want to join us for the Sunday 5k Huibus Run. Questionable outfits are encouraged 😄

We are excited to welcome you to Castello di Titignano! Accommodation for all three nights (July 17th - July 20th) is included - you don't need to worry about it. During the RSPV process, we kindly ask you to let us know if you will travel with kids, so we can plan your room accordingly! See you soon!

On Sunday morning, we’ll be organizing a very relaxed 5k fun run around the castle for anyone who: - Wakes up early- Wakes up accidentally- Or wakes up during the run and decides to join halfway through 😄

What kind of run is this?

Let’s be very clear.- This is not a race.- This is not competitive.- This is not a “you should come” situation. This is:- A social jog- A walk-run- A shuffle- A fun and unique moment we hope you remember All paces welcome. All effort levels respected.

How far is it?

What time does it start?

Early-ish. 8:30 am local time to be more precise. If you wake up halfway through, feel free to join wherever you find us.

What should I wear?

- Running shoes or comfortable sneakers- Whatever you slept in, plus shoes, is acceptable- Bonus points for sunglasses and questionable outfits 😂

Do I need to sign up?

No sign-up. No pressure. No judgment.If you show up, you’re in.If you don’t, we’ll see you at breakfast.

Will there be water?

Yes. But also beers and Aperol Spritz, which is arguably the real motivation. 🥂🏃‍♀️

Our wedding weekend will take place in the Italian countryside in mid-July. Think effortlessly elegant, comfortable, and ready for long summer days and late-night celebrations.

Getting to Castello di Titignano

Castello di Titignano is located in the Umbrian countryside near Orvieto, Italy. The easiest way to get there is by flying into Italy and renting a car.

Best airports to fly into

Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) This is the best overall option for international travelers.• Largest international airport in Italy• Direct flights from the United States• Excellent connections from Poland and Romania• Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours by car to the castle Perugia San Francesco d’Assisi Airport (PEG) This is the closest airport to the venue.• About 1 hour drive to Castello di Titignano• Smaller airport with limited international flights• Usually requires a connection through Rome or another European city Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA) A good option for budget flights within Europe.• Often used by low cost airlines like Ryanair• Convenient for travellers coming from Poland or Romania• Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes by car Florence Airport (FLR) A scenic alternative if you plan to visit Tuscany.• About 2.5 to 3 hours drive• Best if combining the trip with Florence or Tuscany
