When and Where

When is the wedding weekend?

Our wedding weekend will take place July 17–20, 2026. Please plan to arrive on Friday, July 17 and depart on Monday, July 20, as we will be celebrating together across the full weekend.

Where will all events take place?

All wedding events will take place at Castello di Titignano, near Orvieto, Italy.

Where can I find the full weekend schedule?

You can find the detailed schedule for each day on the Daily Plan page of the website.

RSVP

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 15, 2026 so we can finalize accommodations and meals.

Accommodation & Food

Is accommodation included?

Yes. We are covering accommodation for the entire wedding weekend for all guests. Room details and assignments will be shared closer to the date.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Breakfast is included every morning, from 8:30am to 10am

Are meals included?

Yes. We are covering all meals throughout the weekend, including: breakfast each morning, lunches and dinners, wedding day food and celebrations. You won’t need to plan or pay for any meals during the weekend.

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

Yes. Please share any dietary restrictions or allergies during the RSVP process so we can plan accordingly.

Transportation

How do we get there?

Will transportation be provided during the weekend?

We will not be providing transportation. If you plan to explore the surroundings of the castle, we recommend renting a car.

Do I need to rent a car?

We highly recommend renting a car, as the venue is remote and having one will make travel much easier.

Is there parking available at the Castello?

Yes, parking is available at the Castello

Kids

Can we bring children?

Yes, children are welcome.

Do you need to know how many children we’re bringing?

Yes. During the RSVP process, please let us know: 1. How many children will be attending 2. Their ages This helps us plan accommodation, meals, and activities properly.

Do you provide cots or special arrangements for children?

If you need a cot, crib, or any special arrangements, please indicate this during the RSVP process. We’ll do our best to accommodate all requests, but we need this information in advance.

Will there be kid-friendly food options?

Yes. There will be kid-friendly meal options available throughout the weekend. Please let us know in the RSVP if you have special requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Is childcare provided?

At this time, we are not planning formal childcare. Parents are welcome to supervise their children during all events.

Are the venues child-friendly?

The venue is generally child-friendly, but please note: Some areas have stairs and uneven surfaces, and Most events are outdoors. We recommend comfortable shoes and keeping an eye on little ones. Please note that there is a swimming pool at the Castello, without a lifeguard.

Practical details

What should I pack?

Comfortable shoes for walking on stone and gravel, Dressy outfits for celebrations, Casual outfits for daytime activities, Swimwear, A light layer for evenings

Will events be indoors or outdoors?

All events will be outdoors, weather permitting. Evenings can be cooler, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap.

What will the weather be like?

July in this part of Italy is typically warm and sunny during the day, and cooler in the evenings.

Who can I contact if I have questions?

If you have any questions before or during the weekend, please let either of us know!

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your +1. Please make sure to RSVP for the guests in your group, using the RSVP form.

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Absolutely! We'll share more details upon arrival about how you can also share your photos with us!

What time will the party end?

Late. Very late. Bring your dancing shoes. :)

Do you have a gift registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift. If you wish to give something, details will be shared upon arrival. We do not want you to buy us gifts.

Anything else we should know?

If there’s anything important we missed, please let us know during the RSVP process or reach out directly. We want everyone to have an amazing weekend with us.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The venue includes stairs and uneven terrain. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know during the RSVP process so we can help where possible.

Will there be Wi-Fi or phone signal?

Wi-Fi will be available at the castle. Mobile reception may be limited in some areas.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

What happens if it rains?

We have a backup plan in place and will adjust events if needed.

Do I need a power adapter?

Yes. Italy uses European power plugs. Guests traveling from the US or UK should bring a suitable adapter.

Should I bring cash?

Credit cards are widely accepted in Italy. If you plan to explore nearby towns or small shops, having some cash is helpful.

What time is check-out on Monday?

No later than 10am local time

Do I need to bring sunscreen?

Yes, we highly recommend it. We will also have a sunscreen station available by the swimming pool.

Do I need to bring bug spray?

We recommend bringing some if you know mosquitoes “love” you. We will also have a bug spray station available upon arrival, where you can grab what you need for the weekend.
